So Microsoft have ate their words and promised that the Xbox one will also be region free and that their previous DRM plans are now null and void.
Too Bad Xbox Live Malaysia is still shite tho...

Finally completed Borderlands 2. The game appeared to end, but then dropped me into a playable epilogue.

Oh, by the way, forgot to post this, but I got a snail mail reply from Agent a few days ago. He says that he's fine, but he wishes to stay low for now. No reason was given.

Really?
This is great news!! We still don't know why he is laying low as you said, but we finally know that he is fine. Officially.

Ok, so I tried out the playable epilogues and well, can't do it alone. Even the description says that you'd better have a full slot of three other people joining you via the internet if you expect to make it out alive >.<
So question is, how many people on Steam willing to help me?

So question is, how many people on Steam willing to help me? Please tell me more specifically on this "playable epilogue'. I can't help you directly, but maybe I can give you a few advice.

This >.<
After the credits, the game drops back to Hero's Pass and you're now free to explore the game world for fun and complete whatever quest you have dangling, and participate in additional quests that you can only get when you buy the expansion packs. Also, if you speak to Tannis after you kill Jack, she will present you with the above crazy quest, which the game claims that you cannot solve alone >.<
Knowing what a Thresher is, I'd say one would need three other well-leveled friends to join, and only after I grinded like mad to reach the recommended level 50 >.<
Edit: Well, I searched Youtube and found videos of people soloing. However in they've indeed at least grinded like mad to reach level 50 >.<
I've managed to clear every single quest I was presented with. Although I suspect that the game withheld certain quests from me due to me being overleveled?

Oh... That... If your version of Borderlands 2 is lower than 1.5, you can use The Bee shield and Conference Call shotgun combo to solo that. Sadly this combo has been nerfed to the abyss after that update.
Anyway, I can be wrong but you seem like you don't know about True Vault Hunter mode. It's a New Game+ mode where you begin the story anew, but you keep all your character's level and inventory, and all enemies' level are cranked up. In that mode I reached level 50 far before the story ends again.
And then there's Ultimate Vault Hunter mode after that, if your BL2 version is above certain point which I don't know. (I stopped playing BL2 months ago)

Steam usually offers the latest builds for games, although there are workarounds to downgrade to an older version like in GTA IV.
