And my Asus video cards glitched up a while ago, sending me into a panic because I thought they have somehow burnt out. But a reboot fixed it. Thank goodness, replacing a pair of GTS450s isn't going to be cheap.

I wonder what caused it....a glitch in the game perhaps?

So far, Greta's NVIDIA 610m is working great, as it should. It helps it isn't always active, only being needed when I play many of my casual games, and when editing video with Adobe Premiere.

Though some games tend to use her Intel HD Graphics 3000. Angry Birds, Pinball HD...the Intel graphics are good enough for these two games. No framerate drops or glitchyness.

This helps too, since I can play Angry Birds when I am in a waiting room somewhere and I happen to have Greta with me. I tried gaming with the GeForce 610m on battery power, but it drains it in nearly an hour!!

No game was running. The only thing was that Edison went to sleep while Seamonkey was running.

Anyway, I tried loading up GTA IV and cranked the video settings up to use all available video memory, and it didn't exhibit any artifacts, so I'd assume it's a one time glitch out caused by the system going to sleep while 3D acceleration was being used. In other words, driver bug.

Well, Seamonkey does use hardware-accelerated page rendering by default, so that could have caused the issue.

Well, we'll see what happens if I get a bunch of Care Bears to stare into a HD camera, which is connected to a jumbotron, with a certain purple dinosaur I hate (hint, he shares the first name of a Flintstones character) bound and gagged in front of it. If my tactological and mathematrices calculations are correct, that purveyor of false love would disintegrate when bombarded by the the true love from the stare, amplified a thousand times by the jumbotron, and shot out as high-powered gamma rays, assuming the jumbotron is made out of good ol' fashioned CRT.

Well, I finally finished making my first YouTube Poop show In Adobe Premiere...and no problems whatsoever!!

Even with 4gb of RAM, Greta handled final rendering perfectly, probably because her GeForce 610m helped process the video. Rendering took about a half hour for a 15 minute SD 4x3 video.

The rendered files are in MS DV-AVI format, which results in a very large file (3+ GB), so afterwards, I use CyberLink MediaEspresso to convert it to uploadable MP4 format.

Adobe Premiere 2.0 is amazingly stable on Windows 7. No crashes, and no slowdown when the timeline becomes longer than five minutes. iMovie on Lilly was notorious for that. Make a complex YouTube Poop or any other kind of video, and the timeline slows to a crawl, even with 8gb of RAM! I guess I was pushing iMovie to it's limits. Really.

Now...I have to re-render the final video because I forgot to change the episode title before I exported it.

Incapsula protection has now been enabled on Fegelbook and other strawberryforum.org sites. I hope this won't be that much of a drag unlike Cloudflare (although setting the A and CNAME records for the site to be tied to the service is a pain in the arse).
