So, Dish Network dropped three channels about two hours ago...AMC, WeTV, and IFC. They are channels I could care less about, so I'm not affected.

Now, BRING ME DISNEY JUNIOR!!!

I'm fine without Disney Junior. There is absolutely zero classic Playhouse Disney classics and heck, there has been no more Clifford since the switch to Disney Junior from Playhouse Disney anyway.

No more PBSKids programming? Can go fob off.

A few days ago, I went through "VocabuLarry's Things That Go" storybook for Android, and it's quite fun! It's like a very simplistic "Living Books" title, as you touch certain objects on the page (like a car or a boat or even Larry) and they will respond in kind by moving or saying what the object is. Smile

And, I found a rather amusing bug towards the end. There is this page showing all the transportation vehicles that were featured in the book, and you touch each one to have Larry fly by it and say the name of the object. Well, touch all the vehicles simultaneously, and you can clone Larry! Tongue

I just ran AnTuTu Benchmark on both Herman and the Polaroid tablet....

Polaroid scores a 2490

Herman scores a 1926

Herman is somewhat slower in terms of performance, but seeing as he was only $90, it's still not a bad score. Although I got the Polaroid for around the same price, it was a store display open-box unit. The Polaroid normally retailed for $149.
