Which is my belief. Which I think is true. If you're going to sue Asus over some trivial ambiguity and start attacking video uploads like a rabid junkyard doberman, and going to ruin a perfectly good formula, you're asking for it.

Points:
#1: As the news comments said, "Transformers" and "Prime" are common everyday words. You might as well go sue GE, Mitsubishi, Westinghouse, Lite-On, Delta Electronics, etc for making Transformers, and sue high schools for teaching about prime numbers. Heck, you might as well sue the IEEE- they ratified the word as an industrial standard for two coils of copper wire wrapped around a ferrite core.
#2: Learn to differentiate between loving homages and satirical mockery. Having a superpowerful Tegra 3 quad-core 3D-accelerated tablet named after one of your products is a loving homage, it's good. Having a toilet bowl and skull and crossbones among other nasty things as a Pony cutie mark, that is satirical mockery, and is NOT good. I'm convinced that you don't know left from right because you actually approve of the latter and disapprove of the former.
#3: I don't think I need to elaborate on the videos or the formula thing. I'd sound like a broken record.

PS: CSL Sucks. You should've licensed the Transformer franchise for cellphones to Asus instead. At least their cellphones are a bit more decent.

PPS: Also, check your lawyers. I think you hired some slimy douchebags by mistake.

For the records: Asus products are ROCK SOLID most of the time. I primarily use Asus motherboards and graphics cards (heck, half of my rigs are built around Asus components), with Biostar only as a fallback on extreme cases. And of course, my latest laptop is an Asus.

CSL, the phone manufacturer down there? Have you tried one of their phones before? (checking to see if you actually used a CSL phone to back up your claim that they suck Tongue )

As for ASUS, I only ever bought ASUS branded ATI graphics cards before, and my history with ASUS is peppered with compatibility issues. Jasper has an ASUS motherboard as well, but I acquired that through my second hand purchase of the box. The motherboard works great, but it's just horribly outdated nowadays.

I have seen one in action. It uses those crappy China OS that's extremely silly (too much animation and even the dialer is childish- apparently each number entered displays in a different color) and slow. And oh, did I mention that they stole icons from Symbian and iOS?

As for Asus, your call.

But that's not my point. My point is Hasbro just sued Asus for an astoundingly vapid and baseless reason.

You might want to see if something is wrong, medically.

So... I am, in pregnancy, approximately at the point where Cleo was born. I think it is safe to say that Madeline and Octavia will share the Year of the Dragon with me, unless they do something like I did. I came fifteen days before the Snake. (This means Grapes fittingly has the Snake sign, according to my fiction timeline.)

They're powered by Mediatek chipsets, and run on a variant of Nucleus RTOS. And yeah, they're available here in my place.

Thank goodness for Microsoft Fixit. I was having issues removing a bad Toshiba software installation (namely Toshiba Value Added Package, which provides power saving features and FN key abilities) from Wendell and ran a the "Program Install and Uninstall" MS Fixit program. It worked!! I was able to remove the flawed software update completely.

I just learnt something new about said friend who went missing in June.

The good news is, he's apparently fine. Another friend found his sister's blog. His sister made a passing remark on her blog two weeks ago that we didn't know about until recently about what she got him for Christmas. This indicates that he is at least alive as of 22 December 2011.

The bad news is, he's apparently decided to cut off contact with me or anyone he knows for reasons unknown.

It turns out that I didn't know him well after all. Said friend also found out from his sister's blog that he's actually suffering from a particular psychological ailment so prevalent on the internet (the one that begins with the letter 'a') and pointed it out to me. Said missing friend hid it really well, we all thought he was normal.

I guess only time will tell if he'll reestablish contact. He's hiding from everyone he knows. No one knows why, but I respect his privacy. I will not attempt to pursue reestablishing contact with him.

Wha?

Hmm...well, I guess that settles it then. We should leave him alone until he is ready to come back online.

As for that disorder...could you send me a PM on what the particular name of it is? I would like to research it. I have a hunch on what it may be though, but for the sake of privacy, we should keep it as the "one that begins with the letter a"

Overall, this brings closure to why he has been avoiding us and the internet in general, even though we don't really know why he cut off contact. He could have at least said something before going away, such as a simple goodbye.

But...at least we know he is perfectly fine and alright.
