Today I finished Christmas shopping. I hope James won't mind that I bought him organizing planners and similiar equipment. They have a beach and palm tree theme, since he wears Hawaiian shirts... about 30% of the time, which is enough to make an impact.
I bought him organizers to help him be more organized, although he doesn't really need to be. He thinks he does. He has a forgetful habit, so I'll remind him of things, and then he'll say, "Oh, right. I'm sorry, I'm not very organized." Uh, no, you're actually great at organizing. You're forgetful. There is a difference.
Hopefully he'll soon realize there is a difference. I doubt he will.

It does. However, Bindi Irwin vaguely reminds me of our Cleopatra... whose name also connects to snakes. Huh.
I brought that up to her parents, the way her namesake demised. They didn't think that was important. But they're weird enough to want to name a son something like Leonardo da Vinci Columbus Copernicus Michaelangelo Genius [Last Name]. (All right, it's Ben that's the weird one.)

Considering sending it anyway, or posting it to the Facebook page.
Because:
My Facebook wall Wrote:Hasbro's latest e-mail to my aunt says that most of the other stuff (Train Cars, Glimmer Wings, Vacation Ponies) won't come until 2012 because of Christmas season, probably to supply countries that celebrate the holiday on a larger scale (i.e. Singapore, Australia, US, UK).
And oh, still no Boomerang.
And oh, I just had another depression fit. And I just binged on a bunch of stuff out of anger. Again. Hell, if Hasbro thinks my money is not as good as Singaporean or Aussie money, I might as well give it to someone who thinks it is.

I'll be playing that on Lilac, thank you very much.
I bought the PSP edition instead. Was told that the Wii edition wasn't worth as the controls are frustrating because the Classic Controllers aren't supported.
in the meantime, I just found out that Care Bears are making a 2-day appearance in Singapore beginning today.
The Care Bears have never came to Malaysia.
I guess they don't care about me. The government doesn't care, the Care Bears doesn't care, nobody does...
Quoting Karen Carpenter, "No one ever cares if I should live or die"
Quoting Michael Jackson, "What I want to say is that, they don't really care about us".

Hmm...holding the Wii Remote horizontally to control Metal Slug works just fine for me.

Metal Slug requires three buttons. Good luck with having the bomb button mapped to the button behind the D-Pad...
Personally, tho, I prefer the nukchuck configuration, but it still feels a bit strange for a game meant to be played with a gamepad. In nukchuk configuration, you need to flick the wiimote to throw a grenade. Definitely a pain if you want to spam grenades or you accidentally flicked the control because your wrist is getting cramped and the game wastes a grenade because it thinks you mean it.

Ugh, PS3 firmware upgrade. Mostly crap that adds PS Vita support.
And it's slow!
Sonic CD better be available on the store once I'm done with the upgrade.
And if they remove PSP support, they're gonna get it...
