Can you download HijackThis and run a scan? Also, you might as well want to contact me or some of us here and we might help you with your problem via TeamViewer.

Hmmm, usually I'd tackle a Malware attack with a reformat/reinstall, but for cases where losing data is unacceptable because there is no backup, the best way I've found so far is booting into safe mode and running combofix. Careful tho, it still may kill some of the apps you have, but a reinstall of a few apps saves much more time than the full reformat route, plus you don't lose data too.
